Assessment of new affordable homes at Parsonage Estate
One of our main aims at Hyde is to build more affordable homes where they’re most needed. Making the best use of the land and buildings we already own is one way we can do this.
We have reviewed our landholdings in your area and have identified two areas for further consideration.
Before we consult with residents, we need to make sure the land has development potential. We do this by getting advice from the National Park through their preapplication planning service.
We’re in the early stages of this process and if there is potential to move forward, we’ll work up a proposal and hold a consultation event to hear your views.
