Relate North and South West Sussex continue to provide counselling for all relationships during the current pandemic. All counselling is now by telephone or via Zoom. We have specialist trained counsellors who can support children and young people from the age of fourteen. We provide individual, family and couple counselling. We also provide psycho-sexual therapy for those people experiencing sexual problems in their relationship.
Relate champions the importance of strong and healthy relationships as the basis of a thriving society. Our service covers Chichester, Crawley, Horsham, East Grinstead and the villages surrounding these towns.
Poor quality relationships can impact on all aspects of life, sometimes resulting in relationship breakdown and conflict. They may also lead to mental health issues, addiction, homelessness and isolation. Relate counsellors work with people to improve their mental health, and to make personal changes which enable them to engage in committed and loving relationships to benefit themselves, their family and society.
Relate do not want cost to be a barrier and offer a subsidy scheme, based on income.
